You would need to support this structure by either placing a heavy bucket, an ornament or a decorative stone on the bottom base because it does sway slightly when more than one cat is on it.
Due to the height of this cat tree, when you place it in a room, put it up against a wall for extra support. Don’t leave it freestanding in the middle of the room.
This might not be suitable for a larger cat because the platforms are standard size.
The tree is made from heavy compressed cardboard, so after a number of years of excessive use by your cats, you will most likely have to replace it.
