Soft Plush Round Pet Bed for Cats

This soft plush round cat bed comes in two sizes, small and large. It is covered with a soft fleece fabric which looks similar to a shaggy rug and it is filled with polyester fibre. The small beds measures 19.7 by 7.9 inches and the large bed measured 23.6 by 7.9 inches. There are little plastic dots on the bottom of the bed to stop it moving around the floor and the bed is water resistant. You can get the bed in a range of different colors as well. There can be some issues with washing it so be careful when cleaning it.

 

Advantages

• It comes in two different sizes so you can get the small size for your cat or the large one for a small dog. If you have a big cat, the large size would be a better fit.

• You can use this cat bed to train your cat to stop it sleeping in your bed.
• It’s easy to store this cat bed as it is round and it is made of material and stuffing.
• It is flexible enough to be put in a cat crate.

Disadvantages

• One of the instructions on the care label states that the bed cannot be air dried. It needs to be dried in a tumble dryer because air drying causes the shag fleece cover to become ragged.
• The cover is not removable so this means the whole thing must be cleaned in the washing machine.
• In some cases, if it is put in the incorrect wash it can get destroyed. So try using a gentle wash and not your regular wash. Also use a dryer sheet when you put it in the tumble dryer.
• If you share your home with dogs who like playing with things, then they can chew this bed up and destroy it.
• The bedding within this pet bed is sufficient enough to ensure your pet won't be sleeping on the hard floor.
• Since this cat bed is filled with polyester, the sides won’t be as structured as a normal cat bed would be, so there won’t be any neck support for your cat. 
• The lifespan of this cat bed could last at least a year or more depending on how good you are at caring for it.

 

Tip: If only one areas of this cat bed gets dirty, you don't need to clean the whole thing in the washing machine. You can just clean that area with a jug of water or the shower head in your bathroom and then pop it in the dryer to dry it.
